Over the past few years, we have been supported extensively by our regional consultants and country partners who dedicate themselves to our cause and have gained credibility with the regional agencies and country authorities.

IN THE MOST DIFFICULT SITUATIONS AND REMOTE AREAS IN THE WORLD, CUSTOMERS CAN RELY ON B MEDICAL SYSTEMS TO ENSURE THE SUCCESS OF THEIR VACCINATION AND BLOOD CAMPAIGNS – AND TO HELP SAVE LIVES.

Headquartered in Luxembourg in the heart of Europe, B Medical Systems is a leading manufacturer and distributor of cold-chain equipment for large scale vaccination programs in emerging markets, and a key player in the high-end global medical refrigeration sector.

The company was founded in 1979 when the World Health Organization approached Electrolux to provide a solution to their problems in safely storing and transporting vaccines around the world. Electrolux later became Dometic, a division of the Dometic Group, and, in 2015, the Dometic Medical Systems Division changed its name to B Medical Systems.

We are committed to product excellence and to developing new technologies through our own Research and Development capability. Our global network of distributors and flexible manufacturing facilities allow us to deliver the best solutions for our customers. We have always based our reputation on one rule: to never compromise on standards and to deliver the best performance for humanity. As we have grown, expanding our offering into some of the most remote areas in the world, we have remained a family-oriented business that values each of its 200+ employees.

Over 30 years, we have built upon our experience and have earned a reputation for quality and reliability. We provide global, sustainable solutions, as well as full assistance and training services to our customers, agents and distributors, including installation, service and maintenance of our products. As a result, we are recognized for our efficiency and for the high standard of our after sales support. Our expertise in the field allows us to understand the needs of our partners and provide bundled solutions which combine our quality products and cutting edge technology.

B Medical Systems has a history of close co-operation with many international health organizations such as GAVI, The Vaccine Alliance, the Red Cross, aid agencies, military customers (US Marine Corps, US Army, UK Special Forces, German Army, …) as well as individual governments.

    Health Center Kit

In many remote areas around the world, access to electricity is either unreliable or unavailable. B Medical Systems developed the Health Center Kit, the first all-integrated kit linking SDD refrigerators to a solar generator, which uses excess electricity from solar panels to power lighting, mobile phones, ventilation and other applications.
